Tesla Gigafactory Texas 12 August 2020 Construction Update Video

Giga Texas update 12 August 2020, now 3 weeks since Austin was announced as the location of the next Tesla Gigafactory.

We now know that Phase I of Giga Texas will be on 280 acres and this video highlights were this construction will take place on the site that is currently being cleared and leveled. In addition, numerous comparisons to images from 3 weeks ago in comparison to today shows just how fast they are moving along.

The north “swamp” ares is almost completely gone now on the east side, while the large mounds are shrinking quickly. Work on the South “swamp” areas is also accelerating, with some leveling work still to be done in the center of the site.

I hope this video will help viewers see just how fast they are working and how quickly changes happen on a daily basis.
