Gigafactory Texas on 10 December 2021! This is where the Cyber Truck and Model Y will be built!

What a busy day and so much to try and cover! Fog held at bay today, and winds stayed reasonable during my flight, so I was able to get some interesting deliveries, test parts, and construction around the site today!
In the introduction, we discuss recent information from Tesla management regarding the production status, timeline, and expectations for Giga Texas, and these are consistent with the in-depth production discussion video I did on 26 November (I recommend you review this video as it has a lot of information about what we are seeing on site now). We also look at some detailed images of special deliveries, test panels and bodies and more that did not make it into the video, so I recommend you watch both the intro discussion and the video for the full experience from Giga Texas today.

Here are the highlights from today's video:
- Special deliveries include trucks with large rectangular equipment wrapped in aluminum foil going in the Battery Cell internal loading area. Some of these wrapped equipment parts came from the old bag plant (N storage area by the large pond) as far as I could tell.
- We also see rucks unloading equipment at the old bag plan (N storage area), as well as large equipment under the awning.
- On the west side of the General Assembly structure large window area, ground level, we see newly places robotic assembly machines as well as construction work on the walls and windows in this area.
- In the south pond area, we see the main pond continuing to assume it's final form, with the outer border of the pond sloped walls well marked. The two temporary ponds are now all but completely filled with dirt, and the ground is nearly flat between the large pond and the main structure now. The water splitter box is having pipes run around its perimeter in small trenches and four manhole access covers are visible.
- On the east side of the stamping machine and Body in White structure, we see castings being loaded into trucks, full test bodies (painted too) being loaded into trucks and more stamping test parts, along with what looks to be some drive units/suspension parts (hard to tell for sure).
- Clearly, testing is getting very advanced, and another sign production is getting closer! We also see the termination loop of the new gas pipe near the south end of the stamping machine area as well.
- On the north end, we see concrete and rebar work on the north end of the paint shop and the electrical conduit area by the casting machine structure. Wall panels now completely cover the plastics production area between the paint and battery cell structures, and more wall panels were being installed on the battery cell structure as well, moving west.
- Roof work in the north end continues near the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer system installation area as well as a new area on top of the casting structure, right near where an odd roof transition takes place.
- We also look around the north pond area and see a new water feature with a fan and water sprayers moored to the south end. Perhaps this is to help aerate the water to help breakdown contaminants in the water?
- We see a new parking area just south of the electrical switchyard, getting gravel and other earth work. This may be for trailers or parking (or both) and may be to allow for construction in the eat parking area for Giga Texas production purposes.
- Finally, on the far east side material storage area, we survey all of the equipment and materials and note more activity with new contractor trailers being added in the newly cleared area we observed in the last video.
