3 Tips For Eating Plant Based Day-to-Day
Happy Labor Day to all of you in the US and Canada! I hope you enjoy the holiday weekend and say a nice farewell to an awesome summer. I had a great comment come in recently asking for tips on how I eat plant based day-to-day in normal life. I loved that comment because I know from experience that eating a whole food plant based diet isn't easy, especially when it comes to social plans and daily life commitments (work, school, etc.) So I have 3 helpful tips to share with you, which I explain in this video in detail, plus I plugged a few other important recommendations as well.
