Once you've learned the frogstand and started your handstand journey, you'll quickly realize that the frogstand is quite versatile. You can use it to pursue the handstand, advance toward the tuck planche, or simply take the frogstand to more advanced variations (like in this video).

This frogstand with leg extension is the variation I've recently gotten the hang of and I wanted to make a quick tutorial showing the progressions I used. It's basically broken down into 4 steps by doing the following in a frog position:

1. Push-ups (for parascapular strength)
2. Leg Lifts
3. Hip Extensions
4. Leg Extensions

I hope the video is helpful for anyone looking to take their frogstand to the next level but aren't sure of the steps to get there. I'm a huge fan of the frog, so keep an eye out for more quick tutorials from me about what you can do with this exercise.
