Advanced Frog Stand in 21 Days - Training & Progressions

In this video I learn the Frog Stand and Advanced Frog Stand on my journey to doing a Full Planche. These are balancing moves that require some strength and I can now hold each of them for 30 seconds.

The progression for my Time Under Tension exercise is as follows:

Plank Lean (aka Planche Lean)
Straddle Plank Lean
Raised Plank Lean
Raised Plank Lean, Bent Legs
Advanced Frog Stand with Support
Advanced Frog Stand

The ab exercises are L-Sits, Straddle Sits, Raised Front Plank and Hanging Leg Raise. I also tried TRX Tucks but I'm not sure if I'll keep them.
