Day 2 - Modified Fast-Mimicking Diet (Ketogenic)
Hey so I'm doing a Fast-Mimicking Diet for 4.5 days or around 114 hours. This is different to normal fasting or water fasting because I'm allowed SOME calories. What I can eat is 400 calories in the form of 10g protein, 5g carbs and 30g fat, which is a similar ratio to the Ketogenic Diet and Nutritional Ketosis.
I'm taking Keto OS to speed up the process. That's Beta-Hydroxybutyrate and MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides), it also contains 1.4g of sodium and some caffeine.
This is just a video journal of my experience. PLEASE consult a Doctor before attempting anything like this!!!
