German Volume Training - Day 6 (Chest and Back)
After the first five days the muscle groups repeat in German Volume Training but the exercises differ. Today I dropped to a shallower incline bench press and switched to neutral grip chin ups. This was followed by dumbbell bench press and dumbbell bent over rows to complete day six.
