9to5strength Jump Program (30 inch vertical @ 5'9) - Part 1 of 4

I've spent several years following free and paid for programs, and wanted to take all the best bits and make my own program. It's available for free and linked below.

I've moved on from cookie cutter vertical jump programs and want to try and write something for myself. I will work in 4 week cycles in order to test out the sessions and tweak a few things before presenting you with what I settled on after the four weeks.

This program was designed based on my own ability, and while it's full of exercises that have a strong carryover to improving jump height, following this may not be suitable for you and possibly even detrimental.
