The BEST STRETCH For People With Desk Jobs

This video is for all my subscribers who work a desk job and are feeling the aches and pains that come with computer posture from too much sitting. This often shows itself as rounded forward shoulders and hunching forward with poor posture. It's the unfortunate results of spending 8+ hours per day in hip flexion and spinal flexion while reaching forward for the keyboard (trust me, I know from experience!). Luckily, I've found what I believe to be the BEST stretch for counteracting all of the issues with too much sitting, which includes rounded shoulder posture, forward head posture, tight hips and limited mobility in back extension. I show this stretch in detail in this video. It works wonders to fix bad posture if you do this stretch gently every evening after work. All you need is a swiss ball and some light hand weights.
