When you combine 2 or more exercises into one, you get what's called a "hybrid exercise" and that's what this video is all about. In calisthenics, you can combine a staple exercise (such as push-ups or squats), with a stabilization exercise like the L-sit or plank and get a great hybrid exercise that's both fun and effective.

In this video, I demonstrate 10 different hybrid exercises for various skill levels. Incorporate these exercises into your workouts when the time feels right and they'll help you build more strength and endurance.
