This video will teach you how to do push ups better. I share my top 3 push up mistakes I see people making and, of course, I include tips on exactly how to correct them. All too often I see people flaring the elbows, which is pretty risky for the shoulders in the long run (and I explain why). I've also commonly seen a couple other bad form cues that don't help you get the most out of your push ups.
