In this video, I take a close look at squat form and the #1 way to hurt your back doing squats. The answer lies in one simple form cue that allows you to make sure you're not putting your back at risk. It all comes down to your tibia and back angle in your squat. I also include a stretch and strengthening exercise you can use to help correct the issue if you find yourself breaking form when trying to adhere to this significant form cue.
