Seems like forever since I made a full routine to share here on YouTube, but instead of the typical workout routine, which I've made several of already, here's a full program to fix your posture. Specifically, this program will fix these common 4 postural deviations: toes pointed outward, anterior pelvic tilt, rounded shoulders, and forward head. These are most common in people who work at a computer and/or do a lot of sitting for their career or in general. For those who are serious about following this program, I also put the routine into the MTG app in case you want to follow along on your phone. I hope you enjoy it!
