There are many training variables we have to consider when we train calisthenics or weights. First, there’s volume: how many exercises, how many sets per exercise, and how many reps per set? Then there’s intensity: should I only use bodyweight? Should I rep until failure? Should I add weight? Should I max out? Then ROM, form and rep tempo. The list goes on. But in this video, I’m sharing what I believe is the most underrated training variable. We rarely talk about it. It’s invisible. No one can see it. And only YOU can feel it. Do you know what it is?
