Calisthenics Drop Sets | 3 Methods For More Gains!
Have you ever used drop sets with your calisthenics? A lot of people don't, but when you're trying to pack in the training volume and get bigger and more "swole," not much compares to the power of calisthenics drop sets. These are essentially consecutive sets done with little or no rest between, and you decrease the resistance slightly on each subsequent set. It's a great way to really pack in more sets and fully exhaust your muscles. Although I'm not currently using drop sets in my workouts, I figured I'd make this video in response to a recent comment I received. I hope the 3 methods help you out!
