By now, you probably all know that I geek out on fitness equipment. When Jason from BaseBlocks reached out this past summer and told me about the Nordic Plus, I knew I just HAD to check it out and make a review. Why? Well, because I've honestly found the nordic curl to be one of the hardest exercises in calisthenics. I've seen people train them in a doorway with a DIY setup, but it just doesn't seem safe to me. So when BaseBlocks made specialized equipment for training nordic curls, I figured it was time for me to seriously pursue this exercise and share my honest thoughts on this equipment.
