Now and then I love to train calisthenics every day for a stretch, so I started doing that back in September. And honestly? I've been absolutely LOVING it. I feel great! Don't see myself going back to a traditional routine any time soon. Returning to the "7-days a week" approach made me reminisce a bit about my 100 pushups & 100 pullups a day challenge, and so I decided to make this video and emphasize an important point everyone should know when they train daily calisthenics: undulating periodization.
