Hey guys! Here's another one for #shorts that shows the 3 main form cues to focus on to hold a handstand. If you're struggling to hold yourself upside down, these will help! I usually sum these up as "push, tilt & point," because you need to (1) push from the serratus to elevate the scapula, (2) tilt your pelvis by contracting abs and glutes, and (3) tense your thighs and calves while pointing your toes and trying to touch the sky. If you practice these enough while you're inverted, you'll get the hang of it. Keep it up!!!
