5 Levels of Burpees (Beginner to Advanced!)
Hey gang! Quick recap video for #shorts showing the 5 burpee progressions I recommend for anyone just starting out with them. Burpees are an amazing exercise but the advanced variations are quite intense, so make sure you start off easy with the squat thrust variations I show and gradually progress to the hard stuff.
