[Eng-Recipe] How to make Honey Cake (蜂蜜蛋糕)

材料及份量:全蛋(egg)6隻、低筋粉(cake flour/soft flour/low protein flour)200g、糖(sugar)100g、蜂蜜(honey)40g、暖牛奶(warm milk)30g
做法:暖牛奶加蜂蜜拌勻備用。
全蛋加糖(分次)打5、6分鐘至(杰)身,加入蜂蜜奶水畧打勻,分次篩入低筋粉以膠刮輕手拌勻至沒粉粒,倒入餅模中用竹纖劃去氣泡,焗爐預熱15分鐘,以170°c焗20-25分鐘,焗至10-12分鐘時可蓋上鍚紙,以免蛋糕面過度焗焦,蛋糕焗完取出倒扣凉架上,待凉後才撕去蛋糕紙。
You will need a 20cm x 20cm square mould
Ingredients: 6 eggs, Cake flour / soft flour / low protein flour 200g, Sugar 100g, Honey 40g, Warm milk 30g
Instructions: Pour the milk in to the honey and mix together, Beat the eggs and slowly add the sugar. Beat the mixture until it stands then add the honey mixture and whisk, finally sieve the flour into the mixture. Pour the mixture into the cake mould and using a skewer draw zigzag lines into the cake (this will remove some of the bubbles) Pre heat the oven at 170°c then bake the cake for 20-25 minutes, be aware that nearing the finishing time the cake my get too brown if so you should cover the top in tinfoil. When it's done cut the sides and you're done.
