How to make Scones (英式鬆餅)
6-8個材料及份量:低筋粉(cake flour)250g、發粉(baking powder)5g、糖(sugar)30g、鹽(salt)2g、無鹽牛油(unsalt butter)60g、蛋(egg)1隻、牛奶(milk)70g、檸檬汁(1/2 tsp lemon juice)半茶匙、提子乾或乾果(raisins or dried fruit)
做法:蛋、牛奶、檸檬汁混合,低筋粉、發粉、糖、鹽混合畧搓,分次加入牛奶混合液搓成軟滑面糰,畧按平做型後放入焗盆掃上蛋液。180°c焗15-18分鐘完成。
