[Eng-Recipe] How to make Honey Pumpkin Cake (南瓜蜂蜜蛋糕)

材料及份量:全蛋(egg)4隻、糖(sugar)30g、蜂蜜(honey)20g、牛奶(milk)20g、南瓜茸(pumpkin puree)80g、低筋粉(cake flour/soft flour/low protein flour)120g、油(oil)20g。
做法:全蛋畧打散加糖打至(杰)身,加入南瓜蓉、蜂蜜及牛奶打勻,分次篩入低筋粉輕手拌勻,最後慢慢加入油拌勻,
倒入已舖牛油紙之焗模中,輕敲數下敲出氣泡。
放入已預熱15分鐘之焗爐中,170°c焗25-30分鐘。
PS:糖及南瓜蓉依個人喜好可加減份量。
You will need an 11cmx22cm rectangular mould
Ingredients: 4 eggs, Sugar 30g, Honey 20g, Milk 20g, Pumpkin puree 80g, Cake flour/soft flour/low protein flour 120g and oil 20g.
Instructions: First beat the eggs and sugar until they are standing, add the honey, milk and pumpkin puree (make sure the puree is not watery) then mix together. Doing this 2-3 times slowly sieve the flour into the mixture, this time using your hands slowly mix together. Finally add the oil and mix, it is now ready to be placed into a cake mould. (You can tap the cake mould on the table to remove any air bubbles in the mixture.)
Preheat the oven for 15 minutes then bake at 170°C for 25-30 minutes.
