How to make Baked pumpkin pudding(焗南瓜布丁)
材料及份量:全蛋(egg)1隻、糖(sugar)30g、粟粉(corn flour)20g、牛奶(mi|k)40g、淡忌廉(whipping cream)80g、南瓜茸(pumpkin puree)150g、雲呢拿油(vanilla extract)1/4茶匙(l/4tsp)
做法:先將全蛋加糖拌勻,加入雲呢拿油及粟粉拌至沒粉粒備用。
牛奶加淡忌廉以中小火煮至冒煙,加入南瓜茸畧煮熱後熄火,倒入蛋漿中拌勻,倒進模中用坐浴法,以180°c焗30分-35分鐘(視焗模大小而定)。
PS:南瓜切粒蒸10-15分鐘壓茸。
