[Eng-Recipe] How to make Red Bean Coconut Milk Pudding (椰汁紅豆奶凍)

6-8杯材料及份量:椰漿(coconut cream)200g、牛奶(milk)100g、清水(water)100g、粟粉(cornflour)50g、糖(sugar)40g、已煲焾紅豆(boiled soft red bean)100g
做法:粟粉加清水拌勻備用。椰漿、牛奶、糖混合以中小火煮至微滾,慢慢加入粟粉水,邊煮邊攪至(杰)身,倒入紅豆拌勻後熄火。
倒入矽膠模中,放入雪櫃3-4小時便成。
Ingredients for 6-8 puddings: Coconut cream 200g, Milk 100g, Water 100g, Corn flour 50g, Sugar 40g, Boiled soft red bean 100g
Instructions: First add and mix the water and corn flour together, on the hob slowly stir the coconut cream and add the sugar. On low heat add the milk with the coconut cream and mix together by stirring, finally add the pre mixed corn flour into the coconut cream mix. Slowly stir the mixture until it starts to get thick, once it is thick add the red bean and mix together. Pour the mixture into the silicone mould and refrigerate them for for 3-4 hours.
