15MIN BOOTY BURN WORKOUT (At home) | Follow Along | No equipment | Low impact | Grow your booty

Hey guys, thanks for joining in today’s follow along workout!

This 15min BOOTY BURN WORKOUT is going to do just that, give that booty a good burn! In this 15mins we are going to work the side booty and the back booty (glute max). We want to work all the muscle groups in the booty so that we can grow a well-rounded bubble butt.

The structure for this workout:
The workout consists of 2 sets of which each set has 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF), with a 1min rest in between sets.

This is an AT HOME workout however you can do it absolutely anywhere, as long as you have a soft surface to exercise on! The beauty of bodyweight exercises, NO EQUIPMENT needed! Bodyweight exercises can be extremely beneficial, especially if we increase the time under tension. This is why each exercises will be 45s long. The workout is LOW IMPACT and LOW INTENSITY for those with knee and joint complications.

*Remember to always keep your core engaged (or else you could potentially work your lower back and not your booty), keep your shoulders relaxed, and focus on squeeeeeezing the booty the entire time (mind muscle connection).

Every booty workout is one step closer to that bigger, firmer and rounder booty, which we all want. I really hope this workout will benefit each and every one of you champs!
