Hey guys, welcome to DAY 9 of the Summer Shred Challenge. We have a 20 min 20 min TONED LEG WORKOUT today, warm up included ❤ 🔥

Never skip leg day 😁 It's time for a killer leg day at home. This workout is going to set your lower body on fire! It's the perfect workout for anyone who wants to build strong and toned legs. We putting the muscles under tension so that we can grow and strengthen the muscles. No equipment needed. 20 minutes is all you need! Let's get that lower body burning!

The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
