This all standing workout is going to get you so sweaty! We are keeping the heart rate high so that we can get our cardiovascular system strong while shredding some fat . No equipment needed! And I hope you like this location 🥰 20 minutes and you are done! Come join me 😁

The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
Remember this is your workout, we are all different and it’s important for you to have fun while working out.
