DAY 19 - 20 min LOW IMPACT FULL BODY WORKOUT | The Modern Fit Girl | Summer Shred Workout Challenge

Hey guys, welcome to DAY 19 of the Summer Shred Challenge. We have a 20 min LOW IMPACT FULL BODY WORKOUT today, warm up included ❤ 🔥

If you are looking for an intense but low impact workout then this is for you! We are still keeping the heart rate high even though it is low impact (for those with bad knees). This is great for burning calories and losing fat without having to jump. You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed! Lets get that heart pumping!

The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
Remember this is your workout, we are all different and it’s important for you to have fun while working out. We want to make this a lifestyle and the only way to succeed is to enjoy what you are doing. If you need to stop and take a longer break, just pause the video. This is a no judgement zone ok!
