This workout will target all three glute muscles to give you that round booty This is a killer booty workout that is going to set your glutes on fire! 20 minutes is all you need! The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
