Hey guys, welcome to todays 15 min Sweaty Full Body HIIT Workout ❤

This is an awesome full body HIIT workout. This workout is going to get your heart rate up and help you to shred some excess fat. We are toning and shaping the full body in just 15 minutes. You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed!

- 14 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- 1 min Finisher
