Quick 10 min Low Impact FULL BODY HIIT Workout | No Equipment & No Jumping

Hey guys, welcome to today's Quick 10 min Low Impact FULL BODY HIIT Workout ❤

This is a quick 10 min HIIT workout that will target your full body. It is a low impact workout so there is no jumping, however it will still get your heart rate nice and high. We are toning the entire body from head to toe. 😁 Do this workout at home, no equipment needed.

The structure for this workout:
- 10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
