15 min Thigh Workout - Tone & Tighten Your Thighs || No Repeats || No Equipment

Hey guys, welcome to today's 15 min Thigh Workout - Tone & Tighten Your Thighs ❤

This workout is all about the thighs - the inner and outer thighs! This legs workout will tone and tighten your legs but especially your thighs. It is a strength workout mixed with a little bit of plyometrics to build all your muscle fibers and get you that well rounded and tight thighs! Do this workout at home, no equipment needed.

Give this workout a try and let me know how you felt!
The structure for this workout:
- 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 45s rest between sets
If you want to lose weight in your whole body then I would highly recommend doing a HIIT & CARDIO workout 2-3 times a week. This will enhance fat burning process dramatically, it is one of the best ways to burn body fat! Here is a link to my HIIT & CARDIO workouts. You can choose any workout, do the same one 2-3 times a week or you can do different ones, whatever you prefer 😁
