Hey guys, welcome to today's 15 min LOW IMPACT FULL BODY WORKOUT ❤ 🔥

If you are looking for an intense but low impact workout then this is for you! We are still keeping the heart rate high even though it is low impact (for those with bad knees). This is great for burning calories and losing fat without having to jump. You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed! Lets get that heart pumping!

- 14 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- 1 min Finisher
