Hey ladies, thanks for joining in today’s follow along 10 mins HIGH INTENSITY WORKOUT FOR BELLY FAT \\ FLAT TUMMY FOR LADIES! ❤

Are you looking to get a super flat tummy and lose that unwanted belly fat?Well you are in the right place today! Ladies, this workout is a bit higher intensity than normal, but remember this is great for losing belly fat. And although its high intensity, there is no jumping and it is all standing exercises. This workout is going to tone your ab muscles and get you a flat tummy fast! We are leaning out the belly and getting shredded abs here!

If you this workout 3-4 times a week you will lose belly fat quick and will see major results in your abs. Give it a go, and let me know in the comments how it is going!

The structure for this workout:
-7 exercises (30s ON, 10s OFF)
-X2 SETS
-30s Rest in between SETS

What burns even more fat? HITT is the answer! If you are able to do a dedicated HIIT Cardio workout 3-4 times a week then you will get serious results! HIIT is so awesome because it spikes your heart rate for small intervals of time, which burns a lot of calories. Try it and see results!
