Hey guys, welcome to DAY 10: 15 min HIIT CARDIO and UPPER BODY Workout❤
This is a quick and sweaty workout that will get your heart rate up and upper body burning! We are toning while burning fat! This workout has a good combination of upper body and cardio exercises. You can do this workout at home, no equipment needed!

The structure for this workout:
- 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
- x2 SETS
- 15s rest between sets
Remember this is your workout, we are all different and it’s important for you to have fun while working out.
