This 15 min LOWER ABS WORKOUT is fully focused on working those lower abdominal muscles to tighten and strengthen the lower abs. We often neglect the lower abs, and its so important as it can promote good posture and also prevent lower back pain. 15 minutes is all you need, do it as a workout or as a finisher, no equipment needed!
