[Eng-Recipe] How to make Oreo Cheese Cake (奧利奧芝士凍餅)

6或7吋餅模餅底材料及份量:奧利奧餅碎(chopped oreo) 100g、無鹽牛油液(unsalted butter)30g芝士漿材料及份量:淡忌廉(whipping cream)200g、忌廉芝士(cream cheese)150g、糖(sugar)50g、魚膠粉(gelatine powder)7g、凍開水(boiled cold water)70g、奧利奧餅碎(chopped oreo)50g
做法:先將餅底材料混合倒入底部已包保鮮紙的凍餅模或甩底模中,壓平壓實放入雪櫃約30分鐘至餅底硬身待用。淡忌廉打至企身,忌廉芝士加糖打滑至糖融化與淡忌廉混勻,芝士漿加入魚膠水(魚膠粉加凍開水以熱水座溶混合)快手攪勻加入餅碎畧拌倒入餅底中,放回雪櫃3、4小時取出脫模便成。
You will need a 6-7 inch cake mould
Ingredients for cake base: Chopped Oreo 100g, unsalted butter 30g
Ingredients for cheese cake: Whipping cream 200g, Cream cheese 150g, Sugar 50g, Gelatine powder 7g, Boiled water 70g, Chopped Oreo 50g
Base Instructions: Pour melted butter in to the bowl with the chopped Oreos and mix together, once they are mixed pour it into the cake tin and press it down until forms a base. Put the base in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cheese cake Instructions: Mix the gelatine power with the water then place in some boiling water and stir the mixture until the gelatine has dissolved, beat the whipping cream until it stands then beat the cream cheese while slowly adding the sugar. Scoop the whipped cream into the cream cheese and stir together, add the dissolved gelatine in to the bowl (if you add abit of the cheese mixture in the gelatine and mix before adding all of it in, it will help them meld together) quickly mix them together then finally add in the chopped Oreo. Pour the mixture in the cake base and tin then let the cake freeze for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
