How to make Meringue Cookies (蛋白脆餅)
材料及份量:蛋白(egg white)1隻、幼砂糖(sugar)25g、檸檬汁(lomen sauce)數滴。
做法:蛋白打至有泡,分次加入糖及檸檬汁,打蛋器開高速打至幼滑企身,放入唧花袋,唧入已舖牛油紙之焗盆中,以100°c焗60分鐘至80分鐘(視乎餅的大小而定)便成。
