04:06 – I’m doing 10-20 sets per muscle group and my back never gets sore. I’m taking most of my sets to failure if not close to failure. Can I add extra sets for more volume? Apparently, some people need more volume than others. I’ve learned over time with my body when a muscle doesn’t get sore, doesn’t grow. I’m wondering if I can add in more volume for my back workouts.

12:25 – Do you think machines are better for mass in regards to back training since you can isolate and not worry about stabilizing heavy weight like in rowing movements? Noticed some gains with machines.
