Muscle Building Workout With My Dad! | Follow Along Father and Son Gym Workout 💪
Hey there! It's Lee Hayward and today I want to share with you a Full-Body Father and Son Gym Workout. This is a follow-along workout with my dad and we're going through a full-body muscle-building workout.

Full-Body Father and Son Workout
- 10 Min Cardio Warmup
- Lat Pull-Downs 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps
- Cable Rows 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps
- Seated Chest Press - 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps
- Leg Press 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps
- Ab Crunches - 3-4 Sets of 10 Reps
- 10 Min Cool Down Cardio
