Bench Press Machine
5 sets of 10 reps

Seated Rows
5 sets of 10 reps

Viking Press (Shoulder Press)
5 sets of 10 reps

Underhand Grip Lat Pull Downs
5 sets of 10 reps

This is a simple and effective upper body workout. It works opposing movement patterns - Horizontal Press & Horizontal Row. Overhead Press & Overhead Pull.
