03:55 – I've just completed a 43-hour water fast. Have you ever tried this and what are your thoughts generally with regards to water fast for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, etc.?

39:24 – What are your thoughts about hybrid athletes? I'm gonna run a half marathon in a year but I don’t have time for two workouts a day and I don’t want to lose weight?
47:10 – I have a lifelong goal of bench-pressing 315lbs. However, I'm stuck at 225lbs. Do you have any suggestions to reach my goal? I only weigh only 175lbs. Do I need to gain weight to bench heavier?

54:34 – I weigh 175lbs and have no 6 pack, but I’m ripped everywhere else.
