Core Workout – safe, light, daily, 5 minute workout

When you are in back pain that's RELATED TO LOW PERFORMING CORE MUSCLES, then you need safe to do, light, core building exercises. Three times 7 minutes per day will probably be better than a strenuous, one time 20 minutes workout. After you survived back pain you still need a daily core workout practice to maintain your core muscles. These movements might just be what you were looking for.
