Relaxing your shoulders for running (pre/post)

A fine little routine to relax and awaken your shoulders, and at the same time to prepare them for a running workout session, or to loosen them up afterwards. I wanted to make a short 5 minute video, turns out I needed 12. Would be a great time for a 3k run though.
