A sensible core exercise : The Broomstick
This is one of my go-to exercises that's entertaining enough to be in my personal favourites, and easy enough to do in between anything, as long as you're standing. It challenges, organises, balances, activates the core-muscles, mostly the abdominals and back-extensors. It is a collection of related-to-each-other core exercise that can be done in standing.
