How to sleep : Good Night Shoulder Circles
Shoulder Circles, then Hip Circles, then a combination of both, then rolling from side-to-side, coming-up-to-sitting… Shoulder Circles appears to be like a door handle that can open the door to so much more.
I thought I will make a version of my Shoulder Circles as a sleep aid. I thought you might like that. A sort of Good Night story.
I chose the right shoulder because most people are right-handed, and therefore there's more strain on the right shoulder all day long. We need to actively remove the tension to get a good night's rest. Then let that spread to the whole right side, and further. If you're left-handed, you might want to translate the lesson to your other side.
