Belly Sleeping & How to be comfortable on the stomach

The ability to turn the neck, the head, and find the range of motion for that in your chest, determines to a large part how comfortable you will be lying on your chest. Therefore we will work on these abilities. If this lesson seems to be too challenging as an entry point, you will find many similar videos in different positions: on all fours, in sitting, in standing, in lying on your back, and in side-lying. All roads lead to Rome, and every journey starts with the first step!
