Major improvement for clients: the squat

Being able to do squats well will bring a major improvement in the life of all of your clients. This is true for the elderly, as much as for middle aged or young clients.

Squatting to and from a chair is a fun and almost effortless exercise, no sweat included. Being able to squat well will improve following movements:

- rising up from a chair & sitting down (including toilet seat and bed)
- climbing stairs and curbstones
- brisk walking
- getting down to the floor and back up to standing again

All win-win.
