Whatever the cause whether from arthritis, injury, misuse or ageing you may find this Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lesson will help you reclaim your ability to get down to the floor. This is not regular exercise, it is a movement sequence designed to input new information into the part of your brain that works with movement. So only do a few movements at a time, take lots of rests and allow improvements to develop over time.
