Hip Circles: Hip Stretch/Exercise For Arthritis

This movement lesson/exercise "Hip Circles" helps you improve mobility of hip and quality of hip movement, which can help improve quality of walking, help with back pain, hip arthritis, etc. Before you start this exercise, walk around to take a note of quality of walking, and after you do this movement lesson, walk again and feel the difference in quality of walking particularly in hip joint.
